Free Skype lesson trials.
I will be offering out a handful of free skype lessons soon as a test run and for a limited time. Those who are interested can contact me at:
guitar.ramstein(AT)gmail(dot com)
or through my youtube channel .
* Before getting in Contact, please make sure you have Skype installed and working (mic and webcam installed)
I can give you a hand with basic settings to improve the sound through Skype... which is basically the mic volume settings, but I am not going to waste your time or mine in a lesson to explain how to use Skype, if you have difficulties with initial set up, you can find all the info on the skype homepage or ask me about it in a message or email.
In your message, please include the following information:
-Time and day available.
-Where did you hear about this free trial lesson?
-How long you have been playing guitar or other instruments.
-If you prefer a lesson using electric guitar, acoustic guitar bass guitar or other.
-What you are most interested in learning in a lesson.
-Your skype address
Feel free to add any other information you think may be of help, whether it's what type of music you like to play or anything you think will be of importance or concern in your learning process. I have no clue how many responses I will get , and plan to make a short youtube video to promote this offer so it will be first come first serve as long as the guidelines above are followed.
For the free lesson trial offer, it will be a guaranteed 30 minutes and most likely longer. The only thing I ask in return for a free trial is an honest feedback to your lesson and answering a few simple question you will find below:
How long have yo been playing your instrument?
Overall lesson rating (1 - 10)?
How useful was the lesson?
Any problems with visual or audio quality?
How much would you have paid for the lesson?
Any added comments?
My times available are, Tuesdays through Fridays from 9:30 pm until 1:00 am.
Saturday, Sundays and Mondays, from 4:00 pm until 1:00 am.
I can schedule later and earlier schedules, within reason.
I am located in Germany, which is UTC/GMT +1 hour If you are on the West Coast of the U.S. I am 9 hours ahead and from the East Coast, 6 hours ahead.
If you aren't sure use this link: Time Zone Calculator

guitar101ramstein blogspot launched.
I'm starting this page to coincide with my guitar101ramstein youtube channel account. I made some youtube videos over the last few years and the feedback has been really good so the plan is to do more, as time allows.
I teach through a company in Germany for about 25 -30 hours a week
To summarize things, I work full time as a musician and music instructor, I teach primarily guitar lessons but also Bass, percussion, music production, song writing and occasionally even beginner level Banjo.
My approach in teaching comes from being able to relate to what it was like to just start out, taking lessons from great players who did not explain things so great and a devout passion for music. A lot of video lessons I have seen, fail to go into enough detail for anyone simply just starting out. I also teach intermediate and advanced levels, however I still focus on different approaches and aspects that are usually overlooked in most standardized ways of teaching guitar that are readily available.
